During my internship at LT3, a communication agency specialized in the medical and pharmaceutical sector, I actively supported the team in integrated communication initiatives and the operational management of training and product launch events.
My main responsibilities included:

Managing corporate and brand communication across digital channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn;

Organizing and coordinating event communication strategies, from planning to execution;

Liaising with external stakeholders, including suppliers and sponsors, ensuring effective and timely communication;

Assisting in the creation and production of on-site communication materials, aligned with the event's visual identity and brand guidelines

One of the most significant projects I contributed to was Open Es, a two-day international B2B event held across the cities of Cremona and Brescia. The event targeted pulmonologists and healthcare professionals, with the aim of providing advanced training on innovative equipment and techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.
My contributions to the communication plan included the following phases:
Awareness & Pre-Event Phase
- Drafted and published both organic and sponsored LinkedIn content aimed at generating awareness and encouraging registrations among a highly specialized medical audience;
- Designed and managed newsletters and targeted DEM (Direct Email Marketing) campaigns to segmented databases, featuring clear calls to action and detailed event information;
- Created promotional materials and presentations for sponsor outreach, including visibility packages (equipment exhibition opportunities, branded corners, speaking slots).

- Event Execution Phase
- Coordinated on-site visual communication, ensuring a cohesive and professional brand experience through welcome signage, directional totems, printed "day by day" programs, and other branded materials;
- Collaborated closely with the graphic design team to develop custom visual assets in line with both LT3 and partner brand guidelines;
- Managed operational aspects with vendors, technical suppliers, and event sponsors, overseeing setup, logistics, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Post-Event Phase
- Drafted post-event content for social media and email campaigns, including highlights, testimonials, and visual recaps;
- Collected and analyzed feedback from participants and sponsors, providing valuable insights for post-event reporting and future event planning.
